💡 Chef’s Notes
Soaking time for lentils is 4-6 hours or overnight. Homemade crackers can soften depending on humidity. If they soften, air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 1–2 minutes to restore crispness. Always allow crackers to cool completely before storing to prevent moisture loss. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw frozen crackers at room temperature and air fry if needed for crispness. Nutrition information is approximate and calculated per 10 crackers.
