This broccoli flower omelet is perfect for keto and weight-loss meals. It is low in carbs, high in protein, and keeps you full for hours without bloating. A great option for breakfast, light lunch, or a clean post-workout meal.
Instructions
- Take broccoli florets and slice each into two pieces.
- Heat a pan on low to medium heat.
- Arrange the broccoli florets in a round shape, leaving a small circle empty in the center.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the broccoli (optional).
- Pour 1 whisked egg in center first so it spreads and sticks to broccoli.
- Crack other egg whole into the center.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top.
- Cook until the eggs start to set.
- Flip carefully and cook another 2β3 minutes on low-medium heat until fully set.
- Serve warm and enjoy a simple, healthy breakfast.
