Instructions

  1. Take broccoli florets and slice each into two pieces.
  2. Heat a pan on low to medium heat.
  3. Arrange the broccoli florets in a round shape, leaving a small circle empty in the center.

  5. Pour 1 whisked egg in center first so it spreads and sticks to broccoli.
  6. Crack other egg whole into the center.
