Viral Egg Flower Breakfast

Instructions

1. Heat a nonstick pan with a few drops of oil.
2. Arrange 7 tomato halves in a circle to form a flower, leaving space in the center. Repeat this process to create a second flower.
3. Place one egg yolk in the center of each tomato flower.
4. Pour the egg whites (seasoned with a little salt and pepper) around each tomato flower, ensuring not to cover the flowers themselves.
5. Add cilantro or parsley stalks next to each flower to resemble stems.
6. Cover the pan and cook on medium heat for 4–5 minutes.
