Instructions
- Warm 250 ml (1 glass) of milk. Ensure it does not boil.
- Add ½ tsp cinnamon powder and a pinch of black pepper to the warm milk.
- Stir the mixture well until the cinnamon and black pepper are dissolved.
- Let the milk cool slightly, then pour it into a glass.
- Once the milk is warm but not hot, add 1 tsp of honey and stir to combine.
