Instructions

  1. Warm 250 ml (1 glass) of milk. Ensure it does not boil.
  2. Add ½ tsp cinnamon powder and a pinch of black pepper to the warm milk.
  3. Stir the mixture well until the cinnamon and black pepper are dissolved.
  4. Let the milk cool slightly, then pour it into a glass.
  5. Once the milk is warm but not hot, add 1 tsp of honey and stir to combine.
