Instructions
- Cut a ripe avocado in half and remove the seed.
- Scoop out a little avocado from each half to create a well.
- Season the avocado wells with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- Crack one egg into the well of each avocado half.
- Air fry at 170°C (340°F) for 10 minutes.
- Add shredded cheese on top of each avocado half and air fry for another 1–2 minutes until melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy this keto-friendly treat!
