Feeling acidity or bloating? This simple beetroot-chia drink works wonders for calming your stomach.
Instructions
- Boil chopped beetroot in 1 cup water until soft.
- Strain the boiled beetroot and reserve Β½ cup of the beet water.
- Add Β½ cup cold water to the reserved beet water to balance the temperature.
- Stir in the soaked chia seeds and a pinch of black salt.
