Pomegranate Chocolate Bites

Let’s make something tiny, pretty, and full of joy today ❤️ These Pomegranate Chocolate Bites are made with just pomegranate seeds, dark chocolate, and pistachios. They look like little jewels and taste refreshing, sweet, and a little crunchy. They are Vegetarian, Dairy-free (if using dairy-free chocolate), Naturally sweet + antioxidant-rich.
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil slowly, using a double boiler method.
- Remove the skin from the pomegranate and extract the seeds.
- Add pomegranate seeds to small silicone mold cups.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the pomegranate seeds in the molds.
- Add pistachios on top of the chocolate.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.
