  3. Allow the baked cookies to cool completely on a wire rack before proceeding with dipping.
  4. Use a 1 tsp measuring spoon to scoop the dough onto a baking sheet. This should make approximately 35 bite-sized cookies.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together. You can do this in 30-second bursts in the microwave until smooth, or use a double boiler method.
