This Cheesy Avocado Egg Tortilla Wrap combines a fluffy omelet, gooey cheese, creamy avocado, and a hint of ketchup, all folded into a crispy triangle tortilla.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs, onion, tomato, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a pan with 1 tbsp olive oil or butter, pour in the egg mixture, and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Place the tortilla on top of the half-cooked omelet. Cook for another 1–2 minutes, then flip so the tortilla faces the bottom.
  4. Add cheese slice in one quarter, then layer with avocado slices and drizzle some ketchup.
