Instructions

  1. Wash and cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add chickpea flour, rice flour, corn starch, salt, chili powder, turmeric, and cumin-coriander powder.
  3. Add water little by little to make a smooth batter (just enough to coat cauliflower).
  4. Coat the cauliflower florets in the batter.
