These crispy air-fried potatoes are loaded with flavor and topped with melty cheese, paneer, and tomatoes! A quick and easy savory snack or side dish – perfect for vegetarians and can be made vegan too.

Instructions

  1. Dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Dice the paneer (or tofu) and chop the tomato.
  2. In a bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and black salt (or regular salt) to taste, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375-400°F (190-200°C). Place the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and tender.
  4. Add the diced paneer (or tofu), chopped tomato, and cheese (or vegan cheese) over the cooked potatoes. Continue to air fry for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the toppings are warmed through.
  5. Carefully transfer the cheesy paneer potatoes to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh dill and serve immediately as a snack or side dish.
