Avocado Dosa with Guacamole and Mint Chutney

A crispy dosa stuffed with creamy guacamole and served with refreshing avocado mint chutney β a nourishing fusion of Indian and global flavors! Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light dinner.
Instructions
- Mash avocado, onion, tomato, salt, and pepper together until well combined. Your guacamole is ready.
- Blend avocado, mint leaves, green chili (if using), salt, and water until a smooth chutney is formed. Adjust water as needed for desired consistency.
- Heat a non-stick pan. Pour a ladle of dosa batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
- Drizzle a few drops of oil or ghee around the edges of the dosa and cook until it turns golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, add a spoonful of the prepared guacamole onto one half of the dosa, fold it over, and serve warm with the avocado mint chutney.
