The cauliflower florets coated in a spiced chickpea-rice-corn flour batter, then rolled in crushed cornflakes for extra crunch. Instructions
- Wash and cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a mixing bowl, add chickpea flour, rice flour, corn starch, salt, chili powder, turmeric, and cumin-coriander powder.
- Add water little by little to make a smooth batter (just enough to coat cauliflower).
- Coat the cauliflower florets in the batter.
- Roll each coated floret in crushed cornflakes for extra crunch.
- Heat canola oil and fry until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dip or chutney.
