Instructions

  1. Wash and cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add chickpea flour, rice flour, corn starch, salt, chili powder, turmeric, and cumin-coriander powder.
  3. Add water little by little to make a smooth batter (just enough to coat cauliflower).
  4. Coat the cauliflower florets in the batter.
  5. Roll each coated floret in crushed cornflakes for extra crunch.
  6. Heat canola oil and fry until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dip or chutney.
