A colorful stir-fry with an Italian twist that’s packed with nutrients and done in under 10 minutes! This quick and easy recipe features tender asparagus and sweet cherry tomatoes, seasoned with Italian herbs and a hint of chili.
Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan.
- Add chopped asparagus and a pinch of salt.
- Add 4 tbsp water and cook until itβs absorbed β asparagus should be just tender.
- Add Italian seasoning and chili flakes.
- Remove asparagus to a plate.
- In the same pan, add halved cherry tomatoes β no extra seasoning needed.
- SautΓ© for 2 mins, then add parsley.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and optional sesame seeds!
