This 5-minute broccoli salad is nutty, zesty, and full of flavor. Blanched broccoli gets tossed with a quick sesame–flaxseed mix, chili flakes, and hot oil that transforms into a homemade chili oil. Instructions
- Blanch broccoli in boiling water.
- Grind sesame and flax seeds with a quick pulse.
- Strain the blanched broccoli and place it in a bowl.
- Add the ground seed mix, salt, and chili flakes to the broccoli.
- Pour hot oil over the ingredients to create chili oil.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the salad, mix well, and enjoy.
