Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Combine the mashed banana, melted butter, maple syrup, and peanut butter in a large bowl.
- Stir in the rolled oats, oat flour, chopped pecans, chopped dates, and dried cranberries until a thick dough forms.
- Shape the dough into 15 cookies and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
- Once the cookies are completely cool, dip half of each cookie into the melted dark chocolate mixed with coconut oil.
- Let the chocolate-dipped cookies set in the fridge.
