Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Combine the mashed banana, melted butter, maple syrup, and peanut butter in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in the rolled oats, oat flour, chopped pecans, chopped dates, and dried cranberries until a thick dough forms.
  4. Shape the dough into 15 cookies and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
