Instructions
- Cook pasta in 1L water (don't drain it!).
- Blend all sauce ingredients (Cottage Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Pasta Sauce, Tomato Paste, Olive Oil, Garlic Powder, Salt) with 1 cup of the starchy pasta water.
- Add edamame and the blended sauce to the pot with the cooked pasta.
- Stir for 1-2 minutes until glossy and thick.
