Instructions
- Mix all ingredients (buckwheat flour, egg, chopped onion, chopped dill, corn, green peas, salt, and water) into a smooth batter.
- Heat the pan over medium heat.
- Add 1 tbsp of butter to the heated pan.
- Pour one ladle of batter onto the pan and spread it like a roti (flatbread).
- Cook until golden on both sides.
- Add grated cheese to one half of the pancake and then flip it in half.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
