Instructions
- Whisk eggs with onions, tomatoes, and chilies.
- Pour the egg mixture into a greased hot pan and sprinkle cheese over it.
- Top with the tortilla, press down gently, and cook for 1 minute.
- Flip the quesadilla after 1 minute and crisp the tortilla side.
- Add more cheese, drizzle with ketchup and sriracha, fold, and serve immediately.
