Quick Omelet Wrap with Veggies & Cheese

Craving something quick and tasty? Try this veggie-packed omelet wrap made with fresh dill, mushrooms, tomatoes, and gooey cheese β all wrapped in one soft tortilla!
Instructions
- Chop onion, tomato, mushroom, and dill.
- Crack 2 eggs into a bowl.
- Top with the chopped veggies.
- Add salt and pepper. Whisk well.
- Heat 1 tsp butter or oil in a non-stick pan.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook on medium heat.
- Add a cheese slice on top of the cooking omelet.
- Place the wrap directly over the omelet while it is still in the pan.
- Once the omelet sets, flip the whole thing, so the wrap is at the bottom.
- Fold the omelet wrap in half, press gently, and cook for 30 more seconds.
