Instructions

  1. Soak pitted dates in warm milk for 10 minutes.
  2. Blend dates and milk until smooth.
  3. Add pecans and blend lightly β€” keep it grainy.
  4. Add cocoa powder and blend briefly.
  5. Transfer to a bowl and mix in shredded coconut.
  6. Scoop using 1 tbsp measure and shape into balls.
  7. Roll in extra coconut and enjoy.
