These chocolate peanut butter date bites are the ultimate healthy sweet treat β chewy dates layered with melted peanut butter chips, crunchy roasted peanuts, a sprinkle of pink salt, and topped with silky dark chocolate. The perfect balance of sweet and savory, plus a protein boost to keep you satisfied! This is a no-bake, high-protein, sweet and salty, and vegan-friendly (if using dairy-free chips) recipe.
Instructions
- Wash and pit the dates, then lay them flat on a parchment-lined tray.
- Melt peanut butter chips with 1 tbsp coconut oil. Spread evenly over the dates.
- Sprinkle peanuts all over and top with a pinch of pink salt.
- Melt dark chocolate with 1 tbsp coconut oil. Spread as the final layer.
- Freeze for 1 hour, then cut or break into bars/bites, and enjoy!
