A quick and easy BBQ-style paneer recipe made in an air fryer. Soft paneer cubes and crunchy bell peppers are coated in a creamy yogurt-spice marinade, then air-fried to perfection in just 10 minutes. Healthy, protein-packed, and perfect for snacks or appetizers.

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, red chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black salt, and turmeric. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.
  2. Add paneer cubes and bell pepper pieces. Gently coat them with the marinade.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 170°C (340°F).
  4. Arrange the paneer and bell peppers in the air fryer basket (you can skewer them for that BBQ look).
  5. Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking halfway for even cooking.

💡 Chef’s Notes

Serve hot with mint chutney or a tangy yogurt dip.
