This unique egg toast makes your day! A classic breakfast with a fun twist, featuring an egg cooked directly into a bread slice.
Instructions
- Cut a small round hole in the center of a bread slice.
- Place the prepared bread slice on a pan with 1 tbsp oil, heating it over low flame.
- Pour the egg mixture into the hole in the bread slice.
- Add spring onions, cherry tomatoes, and cheese on top of the egg mixture.
- Cover the pan and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes, or until the egg is set to your desired doneness.
