These golden homemade Belgian waffles are soft on the inside, crisp on the outside, and made with simple pantry staples. This is my original waffle batter β it made 8 beautifully fluffy waffles. Perfect for a cozy breakfast or weekend treat!
Instructions
- Mix all wet ingredients (eggs, milk, oil, vanilla essence) in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk dry ingredients (all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, baking powder) together.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into your waffle maker and cook until golden.
- Serve the waffles warm.
