Instructions
- Cut a small round hole in the center of 2 bread slices.
- Place them on a pan with 1 tbsp oil.
- Pour egg mixture into the hole.
- Add spring onions, cherry tomatoes, and cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
