Cheesy Protein-Packed Potatoes in Airfryer

Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside—these air-fried potatoes are taken to the next level with gooey cheese, protein-packed paneer (or tofu), and a pop of fresh tomatoes. A quick 15-minute snack or side dish that can be made vegetarian or 100% vegan!
Instructions
- Dice the large and medium potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and black salt (or regular salt) to taste, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to the recommended temperature (usually around 375-400°F or 190-200°C). Place the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
- Open the air fryer and sprinkle the diced paneer (or tofu), chopped tomato, and your choice of cheese (or vegan cheese) over the potatoes. Close the air fryer.
- Continue to air fry for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Transfer the cheesy potatoes to a serving dish and garnish with fresh dill.
- Serve immediately as a quick snack or side dish.
