Quick Cauliflower Stir Fry

This quick and easy stir fry uses the entire cauliflower, including its nutritious leaves, turning it into a delicious side dish in under 15 minutes. Itβs packed with flavor from garlic, ginger, chili, and cumin seeds, plus a touch of turmeric for a golden glow. A perfect healthy dish for lunch or dinner!
Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower into small florets and chop the leaves. Add them to a bowl.
- Pour hot boiling water over the cauliflower and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
- Add thinly sliced garlic, julienned ginger, and sliced green chili to the wok. SautΓ© for 1 minute until aromatic.
- Strain the blanched cauliflower with a perforated spoon and add it to the wok.
- Add salt to taste and a pinch of turmeric. Mix well to combine.
- Stir fry on medium-high heat for 9-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
