Cheesy Egg Roll | Japanese Style Omelette Recipe

Today I made a Japanese-style omelette roll in a rectangular pan, and it turned out soft, cheesy and delicious. This quick rolled egg recipe is simple, satisfying, and perfect for breakfast.
The rolling technique is inspired by Tamagoyaki, but I added my own twist with cilantro, jalapeño, and mozzarella cheese for a slightly spicy and cheesy flavor.
Instructions
- Whisk eggs with cilantro and jalapeño.
- Heat olive oil in the pan.
- Pour half of the egg mixture.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and black pepper.
- When the cheese melts, fold and roll the omelette.
- Slide the roll to the side and add the remaining egg mixture.
- Roll again until the omelette is fully cooked.
- Slice and enjoy this soft, cheesy egg roll.
