Instructions
- Peel and boil 4 potatoes until soft. Drain well and mash in a mixing bowl.
- Mix in chopped jalapeño, salt, turmeric, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and corn starch. Combine into a smooth dough.
- Take a small portion of the potato dough, flatten it, place a mozzarella stick in the center, and wrap it into an oval bite. Repeat this process for all 13 pieces.
