These crispy air-fried potatoes are loaded with flavor and topped with melty cheese, paneer, and tomatoes! A quick and easy savory snack or side dish – perfect for vegetarians and can be made vegan too.
Instructions
- Dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Dice the paneer (or tofu) and chop the tomato.
- In a bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and black salt (or regular salt) to taste, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375-400°F (190-200°C). Place the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and tender.
- Add the diced paneer (or tofu), chopped tomato, and cheese (or vegan cheese) over the cooked potatoes. Continue to air fry for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the toppings are warmed through.
- Carefully transfer the cheesy paneer potatoes to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh dill and serve immediately as a snack or side dish.
