Instructions

  1. Wash & dry squash, cut in half, scoop into cups.
  2. Sauté onion, add squash flesh, turmeric & salt. Cook till tender.
  3. Mix in tomato paste, cool filling slightly.
  4. Brush cups with oil, sprinkle black pepper.
  5. Fill cups, top with cheese & chili flakes.
  6. Bake or cook covered on stovetop for 25 mins.
