Crispy Air-Fried Asparagus Bites

These crispy air-fried asparagus bites are the perfect 10-minute healthy snack! Coated in a creamy spiced yogurt mix and cooked in the air fryer, they’re crunchy, flavorful, and totally guilt-free. No deep frying, just 1 tbsp yogurt & olive oil. Vegetarian, easy, & done in 10 minutes.
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and olive oil.
- Toss in the asparagus and mix to coat evenly with the spiced yogurt mixture.
- Transfer the coated asparagus to an air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Serve hot.
