These crispy air-fried asparagus bites are the perfect 10-minute healthy snack! Coated in a creamy spiced yogurt mix and cooked in the air fryer, they’re crunchy, flavorful, and totally guilt-free. No deep frying, just 1 tbsp yogurt & olive oil. Vegetarian, easy, & done in 10 minutes.

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and olive oil.
  2. Toss in the asparagus and mix to coat evenly with the spiced yogurt mixture.
  3. Transfer the coated asparagus to an air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes, turning halfway through.
  5. Serve hot.
