Instructions
- Mix onions with salt and let them release moisture.
- Add chopped dill and spices.
- Mix in chickpea flour, rice flour, and corn starch. Add peanuts.
- Add a little water only if the mixture feels dry — don’t make it runny!
- Fry in hot oil (shallow or deep) until golden and crisp.
- Serve with chutney or dip of your choice.
