Instructions
- Boil, peel, and mash the potato.
- Add salt, oregano, onion, and green pepper to the mashed potato.
- Mix everything well and form a bun-like ball with the potato mixture.
- Drizzle ¼ tsp oil in the waffle maker and spread evenly to grease it.
- Place the potato mix inside the greased waffle maker and cook until golden and crisp.
