When you’re tired, hungry, and don’t want to cook much — this crispy potato waffle is your perfect fix. Just one potato, a few veggies, and a drizzle of oil — that’s all it takes to make this guilt-free, no-fry snack that feels like aloo tikki, but so much lighter and easier.

Instructions

  1. Boil, peel, and mash the potato.
  2. Add salt, oregano, onion, and green pepper to the mashed potato.
  3. Mix everything well and form a bun-like ball with the potato mixture.
  4. Drizzle ¼ tsp oil in the waffle maker and spread evenly to grease it.
  5. Place the potato mix inside the greased waffle maker and cook until golden and crisp.

💡 Chef’s Notes
