Egg Bread Toast in a Round Well

Instructions

1. Cut a small round hole in the center of a bread slice.
2. Place the prepared bread slice on a pan with 1 tbsp oil, heating it over low flame.
3. Pour the egg mixture into the hole in the bread slice.
4. Add spring onions, cherry tomatoes, and cheese on top of the egg mixture.
5. Cover the pan and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes, or until the egg is set to your desired doneness.
