Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until the oats are well coated.
- Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes so the oats absorb the moisture.
- Scoop into 12 even balls and flatten them onto a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 14–16 minutes until the edges are set.
