Garlic Butter Green Beans Stir Fry

This recipe offers a simple and quick way to prepare fresh green beans. Sautéed with garlic, butter, and a hint of chili flakes, the beans are gently cooked until tender-crisp and glossy, making for a flavorful side dish that can be enjoyed on its own or with rice and noodles.
Instructions
- Add olive oil and butter to the pan. Let the butter melt on low heat.
- Add sliced garlic and chili flakes. Sauté gently for about 1 minute until fragrant and slightly golden.
- Add the washed and dried green beans. Stir to coat them well with the garlic butter.
- Sprinkle in salt and mix.
- Add a few tablespoons of water — just enough to lightly cover the bottom — then cover with a lid.
- Let it cook covered for 4–5 minutes, stirring once in between.
- Uncover and toss once more. The beans should look glossy, slightly wrinkled, and perfectly tender-crisp.
- Serve warm, garlicky, and buttery — ready to enjoy with rice, noodles, or just on their own!
