Instructions
- Wash yu choy under running water to remove any dirt or bugs. If stems are thick, slit them lengthwise. Detach the leaves from the stem for easier cleaning and even cooking.
- Chop the garlic and green chili (if using). Drain the yu choy well after washing.
- Add chopped garlic and green chili to the pan. SautΓ© for 20β30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in the chopped yu choy and sprinkle salt to taste. Stir well.
- Let it cook uncovered, stirring occasionally. Keep it a little crunchyβit tastes amazing that way!
