Guilt Free Crunchy Chickpeas in Air Fryer

A simple and healthy recipe for crunchy chickpeas made in an air fryer. These guilt-free, high-protein, and gluten-free snacks are perfect for a quick fix, summer snack, or light lunch, and are kid-approved.
Instructions
- Soak 1 cup of chickpeas in water for 4–5 hours.
- After soaking, quick boil the chickpeas for 2–3 minutes, then strain them well.
- In a bowl, combine the strained chickpeas with 2 tbsp Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp olive oil, ¼ tsp black salt, ½ tsp paprika (or red chili powder), ¼ tsp onion powder, and ¼ tsp garlic powder. Mix thoroughly until the chickpeas are evenly coated.
- Transfer the seasoned chickpeas to an air fryer basket. Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes, making sure to flip them halfway through for even crisping.
