A simple and healthy egg breakfast prepared quickly in an air fryer, featuring eggs baked into bread with vegetables and cheese.
Instructions
- Place parchment paper or an air fryer liner in the air fryer basket.
- Place two slices of your chosen bread into the lined air fryer basket.
- Using a suitable tool (like a cookie cutter or the back of a spoon), make a hole or well in the middle of each piece of toast.
- Carefully crack one egg into the well of each bread slice.
- Sprinkle a little chopped onion, tomatoes, and fresh dill over the eggs and bread. Then, sprinkle pizza cheese over the bread.
- Set the air fryer to a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius (approximately 350-375°F) and cook for 12 minutes.
- Once the 12 minutes are up, your healthy egg breakfast is ready. Enjoy immediately.
