High Protein Tofu Cauliflower Steak
Transform a simple veggie into a high-protein powerhouse with a silky, rich, dairy-free and flourless gravy.
Instructions
- Season your cauliflower steaks and cherry tomatoes. Roast in a cast iron pan or oven until charred and tender (about 20 mins).
- In a blender, combine the silken tofu, those charred tomatoes, garlic, paprika, and cumin-coriander. Blend until perfectly smooth and silky.
- Pour the gravy back into the pan and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until thick and rich.
- Add a squeeze of lemon, plate it up, and drizzle with chili oil if you like a kick!
