Whenever I feel the first signs of a cold or a runny nose, I take this drink — it works like magic for me! It not only soothes the throat but also helps boost my immunity naturally.

Instructions

  1. Add water to the pan and add ginger and rosemary.
  2. Bring the water to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  4. Turn off heat and strain the drink.
  5. Let it cool slightly (warm, not hot).
  6. Add lemon juice if using.
  7. Add honey if desired and stir well.
