Honey Ginger Rosemary Drink for Cold & Cough

Whenever I feel the first signs of a cold or a runny nose, I take this drink ā it works like magic for me! It not only soothes the throat but also helps boost my immunity naturally.
Instructions
- Add water to the pan and add ginger and rosemary.
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5ā7 minutes.
- Turn off heat and strain the drink.
- Let it cool slightly (warm, not hot).
- Add lemon juice if using.
- Add honey if desired and stir well.
