Instructions

  1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly in salt or vinegar water.
  2. Peel 1 orange; leave the peel on the other orange and the lemon.
  3. Blend the peeled and unpeeled oranges, lemon, ginger, turmeric, and water until smooth.
  4. Strain half of the blended mixture for a fresh shot. Add black pepper and honey to this portion when drinking.
  5. Pour the other half of the mixture into ice cube trays and freeze for later use in warm water or smoothies.
