Instructions
- Peel and crush ginger using a mortar and pestle to extract fresh juice.
- Add the extracted fresh ginger juice, fresh lemon juice, and pure honey to a clean bowl.
- Mix well until the syrup turns smooth and golden.
- For a soothing effect, place the bowl containing the syrup in hot water for a few minutes to gently warm it. Do not heat on a stove or in a microwave to preserve nutrients.
