Instructions

  1. Peel and crush ginger using a mortar and pestle to extract fresh juice.
  2. Add the extracted fresh ginger juice, fresh lemon juice, and pure honey to a clean bowl.
  3. Mix well until the syrup turns smooth and golden.
  4. For a soothing effect, place the bowl containing the syrup in hot water for a few minutes to gently warm it. Do not heat on a stove or in a microwave to preserve nutrients.
  5. Sip 1 teaspoon of the syrup when needed, or mix it with warm water.
