Instructions
- Chop the fresh spinach, tomato, and onion into small pieces.
- Heat 2 tsp of oil in a non-stick pan over low heat, ensuring the pan is lightly oiled.
- Once cooked, slice the No-Flip Spinach Cheese Omelet and serve immediately.
- In a bowl, whisk the 5 eggs until well combined.
