Instructions
- In a bowl, mix instant oats, sorghum flour, flax seeds, salt, chili flakes, and garlic powder.
- Gradually add 1 cup of water, stirring to form a thick batter.
- Mash the ripe avocado into the batter. Add the remaining 1-2 tsp of water if needed to achieve the desired consistency.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add 1-2 tsp of olive oil.
- Pour a thick portion of the batter onto the hot pan and cook for 3–4 minutes on one side.
- Gently flip the flatbread. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
