Let’s make something tiny, pretty, and full of joy today ❤️ These Pomegranate Chocolate Bites are made with just pomegranate seeds, dark chocolate, and pistachios. They look like little jewels and taste refreshing, sweet, and a little crunchy. They are Vegetarian, Dairy-free (if using dairy-free chocolate), Naturally sweet + antioxidant-rich.

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil slowly, using a double boiler method.
  2. Remove the skin from the pomegranate and extract the seeds.
  3. Add pomegranate seeds to small silicone mold cups.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the pomegranate seeds in the molds.
  5. Add pistachios on top of the chocolate.
  6. Freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.
