Instructions

  1. Boil pasta in salted water with a few drops of oil. Strain and keep aside.
  2. While pasta is boiling, chop mushrooms, garlic, and parsley.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan, add Italian seasoning and garlic. SautΓ© for 1 min.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms and cook on high flame for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Add salt and tomato paste (or fresh tomato purΓ©e). Cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add a splash of pasta water, then toss in the cooked pasta.
  7. Mix well, add parsley, and give a final toss.
