Instructions
- Boil pasta in salted water with a few drops of oil. Strain and keep aside.
- While pasta is boiling, chop mushrooms, garlic, and parsley.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, add Italian seasoning and garlic. SautΓ© for 1 min.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook on high flame for 2β3 minutes.
- Add salt and tomato paste (or fresh tomato purΓ©e). Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add a splash of pasta water, then toss in the cooked pasta.
