Instructions

  1. Chop onion, tomato, mushroom, and dill.
  2. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl.
  3. Top with the chopped veggies.
  4. Add salt and pepper. Whisk well.
  5. Heat 1 tsp butter or oil in a non-stick pan.
  6. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook on medium heat.
  7. Add a cheese slice on top of the cooking omelet.
  8. Place the wrap directly over the omelet while it is still in the pan.
  9. Once the omelet sets, flip the whole thing, so the wrap is at the bottom.
  10. Fold the omelet wrap in half, press gently, and cook for 30 more seconds.
